1. About us
Aurelae is operated by Aurelae FZE, licensed in the United Arab Emirates. These terms govern your use of www.aurelae.ae and any purchase you make from us. Contact: info@aurelae.ae

2. Using this site
You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate information when you order, and to keep your account details secure. You may not transfer your account to anyone else.

3. Our products
Aurelae products are wellness objects, not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition, and nothing on this site is medical advice. 

4. Product information
We work to describe our products accurately. Colours, finishes and materials may appear differently on your screen. Small variations between pieces are normal and are not defects. Sizes and measurements are given as a guide. We may change or discontinue a product at any time.

5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or payment cannot be verified. Prices are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams, and shipping costs, where they apply, are shown at checkout. Our products are sold for personal use, not for resale.

6. Promotions
We may run promotions from time to time. Where a promotion has its own conditions, those conditions apply alongside these terms.

7. Pricing and listing errors
If a product is listed with an incorrect price or description, we may correct it and cancel any affected order, even after the order was placed. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

8. Delivery
Delivery times shown on this site are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs. Risk passes to you once the courier collects the parcel.

9. Returns
Returns are covered by our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, designs, and the Aurelae name and logo, belongs to Aurelae. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use it commercially without our written permission.

11. Reviews and feedback
If you send us a review, photograph, suggestion or other content, you give us permission to use, publish and adapt it for our marketing and product work, without payment. You confirm the content is yours to give. We may choose not to publish it, or to remove it later.

12. Third party tools and links
This site may link to or include services operated by third parties. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or policies. Their own terms apply when you use them.

13. Acceptable use
You may use this site lawfully and for its intended purpose. You may not interfere with how it runs, bypass its security, upload harmful code, collect other people's personal information, or copy it for commercial use.

14. Our platform
This store runs on Shopify. Your purchase is made with Aurelae, not with Shopify, and Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of a sale between you and us.

15. Site content
Information on this site is provided for general information. We do not warrant that the site will always be available or free of errors.

16. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or to this site is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

17. Indemnity
You agree to cover any loss or claim brought against us that arises from your breach of these terms, your breach of the law, or your misuse of this site.

18. Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Any amounts already owed remain payable, and the sections on intellectual property, liability, indemnity and governing law continue to apply afterwards.

19. Privacy
Personal data is handled as set out in our Privacy policy.

20. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a term immediately, we keep the right to enforce it later. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another company. You may not transfer yours without our written consent. These terms, together with our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy, are the whole agreement between you and us.

21. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

22. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
